Director of Project Management
Job Purpose

Responsibilities and Duties
Provides oversight to Project Managers, offers training resources, manages project schedules, distributes procedural updates, and works to enhance customer interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an art-related field or equivalent, significant project management experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products.

Deputy Director of Project Management
Job Purpose
Oversees Project Managers, maintains departmental standards, and coordinates cross-departmental processes.
Responsibilities and Duties
Acts as a resource for Project Managers, balances scheduling conflicts, delegates tasks, coordinates with other departments, reviews estimates, and promotes sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in an art-related field or equivalent experience, 3 years of project management experience, and proficiency in Boxart’s database.

Project Coordinator
Job Purpose
Supports the Project Management and Estimating Departments by ensuring project timelines are met and information is accurately routed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Compiles and consolidates information, organizes digital files, prepares documentation, manages calendars, monitors project milestones, and liaises with clients.
Qualifications
Fluency in Mac OS and Google Workspace, strong organizational skills, and experience in project management or fine arts logistics.

Project Manager
Job Purpose
Manages active projects, liaises with clients, prepares estimates, and ensures projects are completed on schedule.
Responsibilities and Duties
Handles client inquiries, prepares estimates, oversees project timelines, coordinates events, maintains project records, orchestrates on-site activities, and manages client relationships.
Qualifications
Experience in project management, strong communication skills, proficiency in relevant software, and ability to manage multiple projects.
