MAKE A PLAN

Your Project Manager will start by understanding your artwork’s requirements, such as travel method, insurance restrictions, materials, conservation needs, and other handling details. Next, we’ll gather its measurements on-site or remotely to plan your crating and packing solution and create an estimate that fits your budget.

DESIGN AND PRODUCE

Based on your needs, our design team drafts a blueprint of your crate. Our production team gets to work building your custom crate from the inside out.

CREATE PACKING SOLUTIONS

Ours is a two-step process: first, we pre-measure and pre-cut your packing materials in our workshop making the on-site pack precise and efficient.

COORDINATE TRANSPORTATION & DELIVERY

Whether it’s a local or international trip, we coordinate all parties involved, including our own TSA-certified drivers and experienced art handlers. We keep in touch to ensure the project stays on time and on budget.

PLAN NEXT STEPS

Roundtrip journey? We’ll repeat the process and return your art to its next location securely. If you need short-term or long-term storage, we have three facilities at our Brooklyn headquarters, including climatized areas, to safely house your art. We can also provide packing, installation, de-installation, and additional on-site services.
